At Trailblaze Jetskis, we want your adventure to be as smooth as your ride on the water. That’s why we’ve put together answers to the most common questions about our services, safety measures, and what to expect during your jet ski experience.

How far in advance can I book my ride?

You can book your ride up to 30 minutes before your departure, as long as there is availability. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time for a safety briefing and preparation.

Yes, you can purchase on-site, but we strongly recommend reserving in advance to secure availability, especially as last-minute bookings may fill up quickly.

Yes, you can reschedule your ride. However, changes must be made in advance as per Peek’s policies. Please note that a rescheduling fee will apply.

If you’re unable to arrive on time or reschedule due to limited availability, we recommend contacting Customer Service before your scheduled departure time to discuss potential accommodations or alternatives.

Prior to your ride, we provide a 15-minute safety briefing covering all security measures and guarantees. In the event of an accident, liability will depend on whether it’s caused by the rider or the company.

We ensure your safety by providing:

  • Life jackets
  • Radios for real-time communication
  • GPS and navigation guidance
  • Professional safety briefing before your ride
  • Tour guide assistance throughout your adventure
  • Brand-new jet skis, maintained with preventive, corrective, and predictive care to ensure your satisfaction and safety.
  • Age restriction: Riders must be 16+ years old with a signed consent form from a parent or guardian if under 18.
  • Sobriety: Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
  • Follow safety instructions: Speed limits and navigation zones must be respected. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the termination of your ride to ensure the safety of yourself and others.

Yes, a $100 security deposit is required. This can be paid in cash or by card. Refunds depend on Peek’s policies.

If you have a valid boating license, you must inform us in advance and sign a waiver of liability. This will allow you to navigate independently within the area designated by our guide. Any accidents during your ride will be your responsibility.
